Situbondo to Asembagus, Wongsorejo, Ketapang
After 36km from Situbondo is a forest reseved area. Locals told me its 7km but it turn to be 21km Up hill and down, some places I have to push my bike up. It's too high form me to cycle. Not less than 12 places I have to stop and push. I took a ferry to Gilimanuk(Bali) from Ketapang ferry terminal. Fare 5.000R with my bike. I stay in Gilimanuk a night.

Bromo Hill 2

Going to Bromo HillI suppose to cycle to Situbondo but I cancel because last night they told I must visit is place. Not far from here. Its the volcano Lava, I took a bus to Gunong Bromo I manage to go up the hill and saw the lava. Its beautiful up there. I am happy to be there at least I saw some thing I never seen in my life.

Morning Market 2

Going to morning market in Probolinggo. Today is my rest day, went to market with lady. She showed me around the town. The Trisha we took got flat. we have to take a new one. The market is very busy and many people buy cheap things only. They are very poor.

Cycling Surabaya to Probolinggo Started rain at 4am, I start cycling at 6.00 am with the rain and the rain did not stop until I reach Probolinggo. The roads were full of hole and fill with rain water. I have to be extra careful.I did not go out. Watching TV the new is all about flood in Jember and Bali.

I went for my dinner met a nice family and invite me to her house.She have 2 girls and a boy. She is proud of a beautiful daughter. Girls here at young age they have boy friends. Look like its normal for them. The parents not mind having boy friends.

Tuban to Surabaya- Cycling day 10The roads are bad and Hilly and the traffic heavier than other roads. It was raining very heavily at about 12.30pm. People here seems to like rain. Boys, girls, women and men playing in the rain with their small children's. I reach Surabaya with wet all over my body and bags. I was in the rain for more than 3hrs.

The roads are bad and hilly,the traffic was heavy, Met a good English speaking guy, he is teaching here. After 80km of cycling heavy rain stated. A lot of rain water on the road and saw my local people old, mid-age and children and even young girls playing in the rain. Looks like they love to play in the rain.
